Graduated in 2016, I started out in mixed practice in a busy 50:50 hospital in Ballina where I spent 2 years getting some great experience and training. I wanted to move closer to my home county of Dublin, which let me to Wexford in 2018 where I worked in a local busy mixed practice until late 2024 where I took over as Clinic Director of Arena. As Clinical Director of a busy small animal veterinary hospital, I am passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and building strong, trusting relationships with our clients. My clinical interests lie in brachycephalic breeds and the management of Brachycephalic Obstructive Airway Syndrome (BOAS), with a strong focus on improving the health, comfort, and long-term welfare of affected dogs.
I believe that great veterinary care extends beyond just medical treatment. Known for my kind, caring, and empathetic approach, I take the time to listen to clients, understand their concerns, and support them through every stage of their pet’s journey. I am committed to ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of care tailored to their individual needs.
As Clinic Director, I am dedicated to continuously striving to improve services we as a team provide to our clients, helping to create a positive experience for pets and their families alike. Since starting we have been accredited a Fear Free Veterinary hospital and awarded Gold standard by the ICC in feline medicine. We have begun working with two local charities and are partaking in community events.
When I am not working, you will likely find me spending time with my young family and our two dogs Remi and Lola. Love nothing more than a nice walk through the Raven woods and back by Curracloe beach on a summers day with my whole two and fore legged family.
